Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Telegram account details — your Telegram user ID, display name, username and profile photo, received when you sign in or when the bot sees you in a chat.
• Chat activity counts — per-chat message counts, XP, levels, streaks and command usage that power leveling, leaderboards and analytics. Message text is not stored for these features.
• Moderation records — warnings, bans, mutes and appeals issued in chats that use the moderation module, including the reason and the moderator.
• Giveaway data — entries, winners and verification results for giveaways you enter or host.
• Content you save — welcome messages, custom commands, rules, auto messages, uploaded images and saved emoji.

How we use it

To run the features above, to show group administrators their own group's data in the dashboard and Mini App, to render public leaderboards where a group has made them public, and to keep the service secure.

Public pages

A group's administrators can publish a public leaderboard. Public pages show display names, usernames and scores of members who have been active in that group; numeric Telegram IDs are not shown. Administrators can turn public pages off at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared with the group administrators of the chats you are active in, with Telegram (to operate the bot), and with infrastructure providers that host the service. Giveaway human-verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your browser details under Cloudflare's policy.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the bot is in the chat and for a reasonable period afterwards. To request deletion of your data, contact us at t.me/beems.

Cookies

The dashboard uses one session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
