Terms of Service

1. The service

Beem is a Telegram bot and companion dashboard for managing Telegram groups and channels: leveling, leaderboards, moderation, giveaways, welcome messages and related tools. By adding the bot to a chat, signing in to the dashboard, or opening the Mini App, you agree to these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must be an administrator of a chat to manage it with Beem, and you are responsible for the settings you apply there.
• You must not use Beem to break Telegram's Terms of Service, to harass people, or to run giveaways you do not intend to honour.
• You must not attempt to access other groups' data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.

3. Giveaways

Giveaways are run by the group administrators who create them. Beem provides the entry, verification and drawing tools; the prize and its delivery are the host's responsibility.

4. Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may remove the bot from chats that breach these terms. We will try to give notice of significant changes through the dashboard.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost prizes, or any indirect loss arising from use of the service.
